Do we have to start from scratch?

No. The idea is to work with what already exists, keep what works, and improve what currently creates risk, technical debt, or operational friction.

Are Blueprint and Forge separate services?

Yes. Blueprint is for diagnosing and prioritizing. Forge is for implementing. They can also be combined when the scope is already clear.

Do you work with existing infrastructure?

Yes. We can review current accounts, repositories, pipelines, existing Terraform, Kubernetes, ECS, networks, permissions, and processes.

Is the price fixed?

It depends on the scope. To avoid selling smoke, we first define the context, the complexity, and the expected deliverables.

Does it include documentation and handoff?

Yes. Every improvement should be understandable, versioned, and ready for your team to maintain.
